ROSTOV-ON-DON. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Outdoor public gatherings have been banned until further notice in Russia's Rostov region, its governor Vasily Golubev said in a statement on Friday.
"In the Rostov region, a temporary ban has been introduced on mass events in the open air. At the same time, the events planned to take place at indoor venues are allowed but must provide all security measures," the statement said.
The restrictions will remain in place across the region until special order, the governor said.
