KURCHATOV, Kursk region. Aug 27 (Interfax) - Indications of strikes on Russia's Kursk Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) cannot be viewed outside of the context of the combat activities ongoing in the area, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi said.
Asked by journalists on Tuesday whether the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strikes on the Kursk NPP could be qualified as a nuclear provocation, Grossi said that, as IAEA director general, he was very serious about collecting comprehensive information before pointing the finger at anyone.
