MOSCOW. Sept 18 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) views Armenia as an equal partner and stands ready for dialogue, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said.
"We still view Armenia as an equal partner in the organization's format and are ready for dialogue with colleagues from Yerevan on the whole range of relevant issues," Tasmagambetov said in an interview with the Soyuzniki. ODKB media outlet.
Armenia did not take part in a series of recent CSTO exercises, he said.
