MOSCOW. Sept 19 (Interfax) - The Russian northern group of forces has thwarted three Ukrainian attempts to break through the border in the Kursk sector, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
"Three Ukrainian attempts to break through the Russian border towards Novy Put, Malaya Obukhovka and Medvezhye have been thwarted with the assistance of army aviation and artillery," the ministry said.
