Russian nuclear doctrine adjustments send message to unfriendly states - Peskov

MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - The nuclear doctrine adjustments announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin send a certain message to unfriendly states, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"This should be viewed as a certain message," Peskov told reporters, responding to a related question.

Reporters asked Peskov to formulate the message Russia was sending to unfriendly states. "The message warns these states about consequences in case of their involvement in the attack on our country by any means, not necessarily nuclear," Peskov said.
