Russian Investigative Committee: Siberian Navigation Company manager arrested on suspicion of supplying inferior military products

MOSCOW. Sept 27 (Interfax) - Russia's Siberian Navigation Company project manager Vladislav Pylsky has been charged with defrauding the Russian Armed Forces of 164 million rubles when supplying military products, the Russian Investigative Committee said.

"A criminal case against Siberian Navigation Company project head Vladislav Pylsky is being investigated on counts of a crime defined by Part 4, Article 159 of the Russian Criminal Code (conspiracy to commit major fraud)," the committee said on Telegram on Friday.

"Pylsky and his accomplices inflicted 164-million-ruble damages on the state," it said.

"Pylsky has been detained and placed under arrest," it said.
