MOSCOW. Sept 30 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree awarding the Hero of Russia title to military correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny in recognition of his courage and heroism demonstrated while fulfilling his professional duties.
The text of the presidential decree has been published on the website of legal information.
Poddubny was injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in the Kursk region this summer.
