MOSCOW. Oct 1 (Interfax) - Russian forces have taken control of the communities of Vishnyovoye in the Kharkov region and Krutoi Yar in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
"As a result of resolute actions, units from the western group of forces took control of Vishnyovoye in the Kharkov region," the ministry said.
The central group of forces "took control of Kurtoi Yar in the Donetsk People's Republic through active operations," it said.
