MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The first Russia-Africa ministerial conference will be held in Sochi in early November, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"The first ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa partnership forum will take place at Sirius University in Sochi on November 9-10 following decisions of the second Russia-Africa summit," Zakharova told a briefing on Wednesday.
The event will be attended by the foreign ministers of Russia and African states, the leaders of the African Union, and the largest associations of the continent.
A business program devoted to security, trade relations, investment, industrialization, agriculture, mining, and education and healthcare issues is scheduled to take place on the sidelines of the conference, Zakharova said.
