MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Moscow views High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell's statement about permitting Ukraine to deliver strikes using Western weapons on targets located on Russian territory as dangerous and irresponsible, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"These are his words that any negotiations are out of the question, only the battlefield, only in battle should it be determined who the winner is," Zakharova said at a press briefing on Wednesday.
"What are you surprised at that he reiterates these dangerous and irresponsible phrases again," she added.
