Putin and Modi exchange goodbyes after BRICS summit session

KAZAN. Oct 23 (Interfax) - In conclusion of the BRICS summit's extended-format session, Russian President Vladimir Putin said goodbye to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will leave Kazan shortly.

After the extended-format session, Modi is expected to have a one-on-one meeting, after which he will depart from Kazan, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"That is why, they are saying their goodbyes now," Peskov said.
