MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has declined comments on statements by the NATO leadership and Pentagon officials regarding the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia, while referring to the Russian president's remarks on the matter at the recent BRICS summit.
"I have nothing to add to what President [Vladimir] Putin said on this subject at the press conference concluding the recent BRICS summit in Kazan," Peskov told journalists on Tuesday.
