MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has dismissed reports claiming that Moscow might be behind an attempt to send incendiary devices via the DHL express delivery service.
Asked by journalists on Tuesday to comment on a relevant report by The Wall Street Journal, Peskov replied, "The said publication and other respectable enough media outlets very often throw in some incoherent allegations," which are "never upheld by any truthful information."
"I think this is one of such" reports, Peskov said.
