MOSCOW. Nov 6 (Interfax) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he had no information on whether Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to congratulate Donald Trump on winning the election, but reminded that the United States is an unfriendly state involved in a conflict with Russia.
"As to congratulations, I am not aware of the president's plans to congratulate Trump," Peskov told the press.
"Let's not forget that, after all, we are talking about an unfriendly country both directly and indirectly involved in a conflict with our state," he said.
