MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Aircraft of the U.S.-led coalition have continued to create dangerous situations in Syria's airspace, deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria Capt. 1st rank Oleg Ignasyuk said.
"Seven violations of the rules for the use of Syrian airspace by coalition aircraft, including three pairs of F-15 fighter jets and one MQ-1C multirole unmanned aerial vehicle, were recorded in the al-Tanf area over the past 24 hours," Ignasyuk said at a press briefing on Wednesday.
Four attacks on positions of Syrian government forces by the Jabhat al-Nusra and Turkistan Islamic Party terrorist groups, both banned in Russia, were recorded in the Idlib de-escalation area over the day, including two in Latakia province , one in Aleppo province, and one in Idlib province, he said.
The reconciliation center distributed 300 food packages with a total weight of over 2.9 tonnes during a humanitarian operation carried out in Hatla in Deir-ez-Zor province over the day, Ignasyuk said.
A total of 3,714 people crossed into Syria from Lebanon through five border checkpoints over the day, he said.
