MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - The situation in the conflict zone is not developing in Ukraine's favor, with the West facing a choice to either continue funding Kiev or acknowledge the reality and start negotiating, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu said.
"Now that the situation on the theater of operations is not developing in favor of the Kiev regime, the West is faced with a choice to either continue funding it and destroying the Ukrainian population or acknowledge the reality and start negotiating," Shoigu said at a meeting of the CIS Security Council secretaries in Moscow on Thursday.
