Roscosmos presenting mockups of Russian space station, Luna 26 at Airshow China

MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Roscosmos enterprises are displaying mockups of the Russian space station, the next-generation manned spaceship, and the Luna 26 lunar orbiter at Airshow China 2024 in Zhuhai, the state corporation said in a statement on its website on Tuesday.

"The Energia Rocket and Space Corporation will present mockups of the Russian space station to replace the Russian segment of the International Space Station, and the next-generation spaceship," the statement said.

In turn, NPO Lavochkin will demonstrate mockups of the Arktika-M hydro-meteorological satellite and the Luna 26 lunar orbiter to make lunar maps in various ranges. It will also demonstrate a mockup of the Berkut-VR small-sized satellite for high-resolution optical electronic remote sensing (Sfera project), it said.

NPO Energomash will present mockups of liquid-fuel rocket engines, stationary plasma engines, and low-thrust engines, it said.

The Roscosmos booth also presents Glavkosmos, the Arsenal Design Bureau, the Kompozit plant, the Research Institute of Space Instrumentation, the Research Institute of Precision Instruments, and the Precision Instrumentation Systems Corporation.

Airshow China 2024 is taking place in Zhuhai on November 12-17.
