MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Aircraft of the U.S.-led coalition continue to create dangerous situations in Syria, deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria Capt. 1st rank Oleg Ignasyuk said.
"Fourteen violations of the Syrian airspace by four pairs of F-15 fighter jets, a pair of Typhoon fighter jets (twice), and a pair of F-16 fighter jets were observed in the al-Tanf area over the day," Ignasyuk said at a press briefing on Tuesday.
Positions of Syrian government forces came under six attacks by the Jabhat al-Nusra and Turkistan Islamic Party terrorist groups (both banned in Russia) in the Idlib de-escalation area, including thrice in the Aleppo province, twice in the Idlib province, and once in the Latakia province, in the past 24 hours, he said.
As many as 3,849 persons crossed into Syria from Lebanon over the day, Ignasyuk said.
