MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - The repairs done in six Russian regions, including the Moscow region, due to damage caused by Ukrainian Army operations in 2024, cost almost 60 billion rubles, the Russian Investigative Committee said in a statement on Telegram on Thursday.
Investigative Committee head Alexander Bastrykin chaired an operational conference in Donetsk, it said.
"During the conference, the committee head was briefed on the evaluation of damage done by criminal actions of Ukrainian militants," the statement said.
The Forensic Expert Center made about 900 comprehensive construction and technical evaluations, "including those at facilities in the Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk, Moscow, Ryazan and Volgograd regions," in 2024, it said.
"Over 25,000 buildings and infrastructure elements were examined in the course of evaluations, their repairs cost almost 60 billion rubles," the statement said.
