Erdogan's proposal to freeze hostilities in Ukraine along contact line a priori unacceptable to Russia - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's proposal to freeze the hostilities in Ukraine, which he, according to some reports, will announce at the G20 summit, is a priori unacceptable to Russia, the Kremlin said.

"The option of freezing the hostilities along the contact line is a priori unacceptable to the Russian side," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, commenting at journalists' request on some media reports that Erdogan intends to unveil a plan to freeze the hostilities in Ukraine at the G20 summit.
