Ukrainian forces lose over 400 troops in Kursk sector in past 24 hours - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - Ukrainian forces have lost over 34,300 troops in the Kursk sector, including more than 400 in the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

"In the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 400 troops, six infantry vehicles, including a German-made Marder, four armored personnel carriers, including a U.S.-made M113, a Bogdana self-propelled artillery system, a British-made AS-90 self-propelled artillery system, an electronic warfare station, and 20 trucks," the statement said.

"The enemy has lost over 34,390 troops in the Kursk sector to date," it said.

Eleven Ukrainian servicemen surrendered over the past day, it said.
