MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Russia will respond to reckless actions of Western states providing Ukraine with missiles, this is the key message of the statement Russian President Vladimir Putin made on Thursday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"The key message is that reckless decisions and actions of Western states, which make missiles, supply them to Ukraine, and participate in strikes on the Russian territory, cannot go unanswered by the Russian side. The Russian side has clearly demonstrated its capacities, and the scope of further response to be given if our concerns are neglected has been clearly indicated, as well," Peskov said.
He thus answered journalists' questions about "the key message" of Putin's statement.
