MOSCOW. Dec 19 (Interfax) - Moscow's Basmanny District Court granted the investigators' motion and arrested Akhmadzhon Alizhon ugli Kurbonov, a native Uzbek, who was detained in connection with the criminal case opened on the basis of the terrorist attack that killed Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Radiation, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces.
"The motion is granted," the court said on Thursday.
The man has been arrested for one month and thirty days.
