Putin not planning to discuss gas supply to Slovakia with Erdogan so far - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - There are no plans to arrange a call between Russian President Vladimir Putin with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan regarding gas supplies to Slovakia, but this can be done if necessary, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"A discussion has not been planned so far, still, Putin and Erdogan agree on having a discussion practically within hours, so this will be done if necessary," Peskov told the press in response to a question whether Ankara had requested a phone call of the two presidents.

Erdogan said earlier he was planning to discuss prospects for gas supply to Slovakia with Putin.
