MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - There is currently no agreement on a phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Monday.
"It has not been planned. There is no agreement, there is no understanding on this matter," he told reporters in Moscow.
