MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The time of possible visits by Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump to the United States and Russia, respectively, depends on the dynamics of global events, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"In diplomatic practice, it is very important to have a valid invitation to visit a country. President Putin now has a valid invitation to visit the United States, and President Trump has a valid invitation to visit Russia. The dynamics of events will show when they will decide to use these invitations," Peskov said in an interview with Channel One following the recent phone talk between Putin and Trump.
