VORONEZH. March 11 (Interfax) - Three people died and several others were injured when Ukrainian forces struck a shopping center in the Belovsky district in Russia's Kursk region, the region's Governor Alexander Khinshtein said.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces delivered a strike on the Dobrynya shopping center in the Belaya village in the Belovsky district this evening. It happened when people were doing the shopping after work. According to preliminary reports, three people died and another nine sustained various injuries. Those injured include four teenagers 13-14 years old. Thankfully, their injuries are not serious," Khinshtein said on his Telegram channel on Monday.
All those injured have been transported to the district's central hospital, where they are being provided with all necessary aid. They will soon be airlifted to a regional hospital.
