MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The Kremlin expects substantive negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko during the latter's official visit to Moscow this week.
"The meeting with Lukashenko will be held this week. We are preparing for it," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists.
"It will be an official visit, and negotiations will be very substantive," he said.
Putin and Lukashenko will give a press conference after their talks, he said.
