MINSK. March 13 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has left for Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
"An official visit to Russia has begun. The first man is on his way to Moscow," the First Man's Pool Telegram channel close to the presidential administration reported.
