MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has no doubt that the whole of the Kursk region will soon be cleared of Ukrainian troops, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"But there is no doubt that the Kursk region will be liberated quite soon," Peskov told journalists on Thursday.
When asked how long it could take to fully clear the region from Ukrainian forces, Peskov said, "The president said that it has to be done as fast as possible. It will take as much time as needed in order to spare the lives of as many Russian soldiers and the civilian population as possible."
