Premature to reveal Moscow's position at Ukraine talks - Kremlin (Part 2)

MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - It would be premature to reveal Moscow's negotiating position on the Ukraine conflict before the negotiations start, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"As to negotiating positions, before the negotiations start, and let us not forget that they have yet to start, perhaps, it would be wrong to waste our breath and say this in public," Peskov told journalists in response to a question about the Ukrainian administration's statement on the inadmissibility of territorial concessions.

In response to Vladimir Zelensky's statements on the territorial issue, Peskov said, "Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk are regions of the Russian Federation, they have been written down in the Russian constitution. That's a fact."

Zelensky said earlier he would not recognize the loss of territories after Ukraine settlement talks.
