MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Security Council permanent members are discussing the implementation of agreements between Russia and Ukraine on ceasing mutual attacks on each other's energy facilities.
"I'd like to ask [Defense Minister] Andrei Belousov how the agreements between Russia and Ukraine on ceasing mutual strikes upon each other's energy systems are being implemented," Putin said at a Security Council meeting via videoconference on Tuesday.
The meeting's agenda also includes extra measures to counter the terrorist threat. Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov presented a report.
