MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - The friendship between Russia and China is not subject to hindrances from outside and is not opportunistic in nature, Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Chinese Communist Party's Central Committee and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said.
"Cooperation between China and Russia is never directed against third parties and is immune to hindrances from outside," he said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"Our friendship is not opportunistic but long-term in nature," Wang added.
