Russia abiding by moratorium on strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities - Lavrov (Part 2)

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Russia is fully abiding by the moratorium on strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told journalists.

"The Russian army is observing the moratorium that the [Russian] president ordered to strictly abide by back during the phone conversation with [U.S. President Donald] Trump on March 18," Lavrov said.

According to President Vladimir Putin, at that time seven Russian drones were on their way to attack targets in Ukraine, but they were destroyed by Russian air defense and an on-duty military plane, Lavrov said.

"Since then, we have been abiding by this agreement with President Trump by 100%," he said.
