MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - Head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Special Presidential Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation Kirill Dmitriev is visiting Washington under a mandate from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"He is doing it on the president's orders, consistent with his mandate. He is a special presidential representative for the known issues," Peskov told journalists when asked who Dmitriev is meeting with in Washington and what issues he is discussing there.
"No details," Peskov said, adding that Dmitriev "will provide information after the meetings are over."
