MOSCOW. April 10 (Interfax) - The Federal Security Service (FSB) has released a video of the exchange of Ksenia Karelina, citizen of Russia and the United States, for Russian citizen Artur Petrov.
"I do not have any particular complaints, I am just very tired. It has been a hard flight," Petrov said onboard a Russian aircraft.
The video also showed the exchange conducted at an airport in the United Arab Emirates.
It showed pardoned Karelina taken to a plane in Russia.
The FSB said earlier on Thursday that Petrov, charged with breaking export control regulations in the U.S., was coming back to Russia in a prisoner swap.
