MOSCOW. May 6 (Interfax) - Oil prices are unable to change Russia's attitude to its national interests, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Oil prices cannot be the factor to influence Russia's attitude to its national interests. Russia's national interests are the highest priority, higher than any oil prices," Peskov told the press on Tuesday.
He thus commented on a statement by U.S. President Donald Trump who said that lower oil prices were pushing Russia into settling the Ukraine conflict.
