MOSCOW. May 6 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold negotiations with Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee Secretary General To Lam, due to pay an official visit to Moscow, on May 10, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"The third official visit to our country begins on May 10. This is a visit of Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee Secretary General To Lam," Ushakov told the press.
"As the visit will be official, there will be a meeting in the narrow format followed by full-fledged Russian-Vietnamese negotiations with delegations," he said.
"The visit will end with the adoption of a joint declaration on key areas of the Russian-Vietnamese relations of comprehensive strategic partnership at a new stage and the signing of a series of intergovernmental and interagency documents," Ushakov said.
