MOSCOW. May 7 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro have discussed projects associated with various aspects of energy cooperation at their talks, which were substantive, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Energy. Oil affairs. Projects associated with various aspects of energy interaction. Projects related to establishing the production, Russian companies' operations on the Venezuelan market, and to Russian companies' interest in investing in Venezuela," Peskov said, referring to the topics of the talks.
The talks were "very substantive, covering the entire agenda, which is quite extensive," he said.
"The Venezuelans are willing to create very attractive conditions for our firms," Peskov said, adding that the talks focused on completely specific issues.
