London to provide 100,000 drones to Kiev in 2025 - UK Ministry of Defense

LONDON. June 4 (Interfax) - The United Kingdom plans to supply 100,000 drones to Ukraine in 2025, the UK Ministry of Defense said in a statement on Wednesday.

"The UK is investing a record 350 million pounds this year to increase the supply of drones to Ukraine from a target of 10,000 in 2024 to 100,000 in 2025," it said.

"Tens of thousands more have already been delivered" to Ukraine this year, the ministry said.

Furthermore, Defense Secretary John Healey will confirm at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group on Wednesday that the UK has provided 140,000 artillery munitions to Ukraine since the start of the year and will spend a further 247 million pounds in 2025 on training the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it said.
