MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - The explosive devices used to blow up the bridge in the Bryansk region on May 31 consisted of plastic explosives of foreign manufacture that had a capacity of 15 kilos of TNT, Russian Investigative Committee head Alexander Bastrykin said.
"Experts have found that the explosive devices were equipped with a plastic explosive substance of foreign manufacture. They had a capacity of some 15 kilos of TNT," Bastrykin said at a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and government members.
"And, what is very important, it was established that a Ukrainian-made control unit was used in the explosion," he said.
