MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Russian Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin said Ukrainian security services staged all three terrorist attacks on railroad infrastructure in Russia's Bryansk region.
"The evidence gathered by the investigators with the assistance of experts clearly indicates that all three terrorist attacks were undoubtedly staged by Ukrainian security services," Bastrykin said at a meeting chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
