Putin doubts possibility of holding summit with Ukraine, ceasefire amid recent terrorist attacks

MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said he doubts the possibility of holding a top-level meeting with Ukraine and a ceasefire amid the recent terrorist attacks and crimes committed against Russian civilians.

"And at the same time [amid the terrorist attacks] they are asking to suspend military action for 30, or even 60 days, they are asking for a top-level meeting. But how can such meetings be held under such conditions? What's there to speak about? Who holds talks with those who choose terrorism, with terrorists," Putin said.
