ST. PETERSBURG. June 19 (Interfax) - The majority of Iran's nuclear facilities have not been damaged as a result of Israeli strikes, Rosatom CEO Alexei Likhachev said.
"According to our estimates, the majority of operating facilities have not been damaged, because they are located deep underground," Likhachev told journalists on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"However, indirect hazards, such as power outages, incorrect actions by personnel, could seriously affect the safety and security of any nuclear facility," he said.
