BAKU. July 3 (Interfax) - The Russian consul in Baku has held a three-hour meeting with the Russians arrested in Azerbaijan, the Russian Embassy to Azerbaijan said on Thursday.
"We confirm that consular access to the arrested Russian citizens was provided. The head of the embassy's consular section spoke with our fellow citizens for three hours," the embassy said, without giving further details.
