MOSCOW. July 9 (Interfax) - Moscow is hoping to start discussing the draft conflict settlement memoranda with Kiev but believes it would be a complicated and lengthy process, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"You know that certain work has already been done, and two very difficult rounds [of negotiations in Istanbul] have been held. We are expecting the third round to take place after all and the dialogue to be continued. We need to start discussing the memoranda that was exchanged," Peskov told the press on Wednesday.
"That will also be a very complicated process, which will take more than one night or one day," he said.
