ROSTOV-ON-DON, September 28 (AVN) -- Federal aviation on Tuesday inflicted strikes on most of vitally important objects of Chechen guerillas which had been exposed by aerophotography, a spokesman for the North Caucasian military district headquarters told the Military News Agency on Tuesday.
Federal Su-24M and Su25M planes on Tuesday accomplished almost 30 missions, completely destoying a brickyard in the town of Gudermes and several oil storages owned by guerilla leaders, the spokesman said.
The planes also destroyed an electric substation in the Raduzhny village and the Gorgaz plant in Gudermes and inflicted heavy damage on an oil refinery near the Kerla-Yurt village.
Aviation continues heavy bombing of guerilla camps in Vedensky and Urus-Martanovsky districts, the spokesman said, adding that after federals verify aerophotography and tactical intelligence data, missile and bomb strikes on guerilla objects will resume.
