RUSSIA, ARMENIA TO RESUME MILITARY COOPERATION

MOSCOW, September 28 (AVN) -- Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on Tuesday approved a draft Russian-Armenian agreement which preserves specialisation of plants and enterprises putting out military products, a spokesman for the Government Information Department told the Military News Agency.

Under the agreement, which will be signed by Russian and Armenian presidents, the parties undertake to preserve the existing specialisation of industial and research enterprises which take part in development, production and testing of weapons and military equipment, provide both civil and military services or supply necessary materials, half-stocks, components, testing and supplementary devices to defence industries of the two countries.
