MOSCOW, September 29 (AVN) -- Sergei Prikhodko, first deputy head of presidential administration and head of its foreign policty department, and Vladimir Daukshta, head of the recently created military cooperation department, will be personally responsible for controls over Russia's arms exports, a competent source in the Kremlin told the Military News Agency on Wednesday.
Powers granted to the foreign policy department by Boris Yeltsin's Tuesday decree make Pkikhodko the key figure in arms exports, the source said. Prikhodko will draft presidential decisions concering the entire spectrum of international military cooperation, he added.
