GROZNY, September 30 (AVN) - According to the Military News Agency the commanders of the eastern, western and central defence directions in Chechnya Samil Basayev, Khamzat Gilayev and Magomed Khambiyev are now training sabotage groups.
Sources in the Basayev's surrounding say that in the so called Ichkeria Defence Staff knows that federal troops plan to conquer the enemy step by step taking territories from the guerillas and organising there so called sanitary zones. Small but well-armed groups of guerillas together with single terrorists must organise so called terror epidemics there.
